It all began on July 17th, 2023. I bought a panini press, and I haven't looked back since. I will share my paninis as often as I can, and may also share the ingredients. Please enjoy. :)

Hey, nothing special! Just wheat bread with deli salami and white cheddar. On the side some japanese peanuts and raisins, honey sticks for my throat, and a glass of OJ for good measure.

Oh boy, that's a depressing panini. I didn't even toast it all the way. I was not in my right mind when I made this sad, flabby sandwich. At least I had grapes with it, they were pretty good.

Now this is a proper panini! Sourdough bread, turkey, salami, and cheddar cheese with tomatoes and lettuce wedged between. Balsamic vinegar, mayo and extra virgin olive oil to give it an explosion of flavour, topped off with pepper. Yeah, I think this is one of my best paninis yet.
